Feedback from our recent Level 2 in Food Safety course - June 2nd, 2010 -
The attendees were from the following areas:
36% ran their own food business, 25% worked in a care home, 13% were restaurant managers, 13% kitchen assistants and 13% unemployed and looking to enhance their prospects.
At the end of the course candidates are asked to rate various aspects ranging from the tutor's knowledge, presentation skills, opinions on training materials, videos etc and an overall opinion of the day. The feedback received fell into the following categories:
Excellent: 40%
Very Good: 58%
Good: 2%
Feedback in other comments included: "superb" "very entertaining" "very friendly approach" "informative, fun and entertaining" and "best tutor I've seen!"
This course had a 100% pass rate.
